The Hapie Heroes Referral Program ("Program") is designed to reward Hapie AI users ("Participants") for referring friends, family, and colleagues to Hapie AI. By participating in the Program, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Program aims to encourage growth through word-of-mouth recommendations, enhancing user engagement and expanding the Hapie AI community.
To be eligible for the Program, Participants must have an active Hapie AI account in good standing. This includes both free and paid users. Individuals who are employees, affiliates, or partners of Hapie AI, or their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Hapie AI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants and to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants will receive a unique referral link through their Hapie AI account portal. To make a successful referral, the referred individual ("Referee") must use this link to register for a new Hapie AI account. The referral link ensures that the referral is properly tracked. The Referee must complete the registration process, including email verification, to be considered a valid referral. Referrals made without the unique link or outside the Hapie AI platform will not qualify for rewards.
For a referral to be deemed successful and eligible for rewards, the Referee must not have previously registered with Hapie AI. The Referee must use the referral link to sign up and complete the full registration process, including any necessary verification steps. Self-referrals, where the Participant refers themselves by creating multiple accounts, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Program. Referrals from existing users who close their accounts to reopen new ones also do not qualify.
Upon successful verification of a referral, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a reward. This reward includes one month of free Pro subscription, one additional document, and 300 transcription minutes for each successful referral. The maximum number of referrals for which a Participant can earn rewards is capped at 10, translating to up to 10 months of free Pro subscription, 10 additional documents, and 3,000 transcription minutes. These rewards are intended to enhance the user experience and encourage ongoing participation in the Hapie AI ecosystem.
Rewards are distributed immediately upon verification of the Referee's registration and account verification. Participants will receive notifications via email and through the Hapie AI portal regarding their earned rewards. The rewards are automatically applied to the Participants' accounts, and no further action is required to redeem them. Participants are responsible for monitoring their accounts to ensure that the rewards have been correctly applied.
Participants are prohibited from engaging in any form of manipulation or abuse of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using bots or automated systems to generate referrals, or engaging in deceptive practices to obtain rewards. Any Participant found to be violating these rules will be disqualified from the Program and all earned rewards will be forfeited. Hapie AI reserves the right to take any necessary action to prevent fraud and abuse of the Program.
Hapie AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes the right to change the rewards, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the Program. In the event of termination, any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the Program through email or notifications on the Hapie AI portal.
By participating in the Program, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by Hapie AI as described in the Hapie AI Privacy Policy. This information includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, and referral data. Hapie AI is committed to protecting the privacy of Participants and ensuring that their data is used solely for the purpose of administering the Program.
Hapie AI reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Program if they are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Hapie AI’s decisions on all matters related to the Program are final and binding. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participants agree to comply with these laws and regulations and acknowledge that participation in the Program is subject to their compliance.
