Hapie AI was born inside NexGen Architects, a UK-headquartered MuleSoft strategic partner and Salesforce consulting partner, after fifteen years of enterprise programmes. We did not set out to build an AI company. We set out to stop losing months to the seams in delivery, and built the platform we wished we had.

The problem we lived with.

On every programme, the code was never the slow part. The slow part was between roles: requirements re-explained to the architect, the design re-explained to developers, the build re-explained to testers, and all of it re-documented at the end. Every handoff dropped context. Every drop became rework. Coding assistants arrived and made the code faster. The seams stayed exactly where they were.
